NCP Motors was founded in 1954 on Venice Boulevard in Los Angeles. Norm Sappenfield, the founder, has built countless motors and cars which have, throughout the years, held numerous world speed records. Norm has also built cars for Phylis Diller, Steve McQueen and even handmade a crank for a Rose Parade 1918 Rolls Royce with serial numbers 001. Norm's recent world record is an Ardon Flat Head on a 59 A block. With Horespower rated at 400, this motor currently holds the vintage racing record at Boneville of 202.97mph.
